No contest,,, an average black bear is about 400 lbs. An average polar bear can get upwards of 800 lbs or more. The polar bear would kill and eat a black bear without breaking a sweat. Well, the fact that they do not sweat is irrelevant. But the outcome would be the same.

If a Black Bear and a Polar Bear were to fight i think it would depend greatly on area they are fighting in. I think a Polar Bear would win if they were in an arctic region. It is used to the extreme cold. Also it could probably throw the Black Bear in the water and kill the damn thing. A Black Bear would probably win in a warmer location. Becaue they are pretty fericous.

A polar bear would destroy a black bear. Polar bears are much larger and much more aggressive than a black bear. They are one of the most vicious of all bears, so much in fact that they can not be trained in captivity for performances, etc.
