Believe it or not it is just as necessary to brush your gums as brush your teeth. Brushing your gums remove plaque and cleans germs off the gums. Brushing gums protects you from gingivitis, and other gum diseases. If you brush your gums they will be pretty and pink and germ free! If a person has white pale gums they are probably anemic. If this is the case a person would have to make sure they eat properly, take vitamins and minerals and iron to build up your blood.

Proper oral hygiene. Brush at least twice daily and floss once per day. See a dentist to see if you have any problems which need to be addressed.
