how can i learn them on my own?

arch your back and pretend you r going over a pole and bend back to the floor. its probably safer to have someone there and have them stick out their arm straight while on their knees and support you while you bend back over it.

At first when i was trying to teach my self i used the wall and then i started getting better at it. after a while you can back bend really low using the wall. Now after so much practice i don't need a wall i just do it all the way to the floor!

omg i am sooo bad to i have no back flexabilty

u just have to keep trying maybe walk yourself backwards on a wall with a spotter.

there amazing when your trying to get a scorp
