Officially, no nudity is allowed at any of the beaches in India. If desperate for this factor, seek your presence elsewhere out of India.

I've seen pics of nudity(topless) frm goan beaches, so there has gota be @least 1 nudist beach

Goan beaches are tame man. You can do drugs but nudism is limited...
