You can get your records sealed oor expunged, it's pricey and even then not guaranteed. If you want to work in the med field with a felony you could try CNA, or med assistant. they are more leniant.

I just want to say that this was a question I had. I always wanted to be a nurse. I ran out of money quickly for school so I joined the Marine Corps. Needless to say, I made mistakes. I was found guilty of a felony drug charge. I went to rehab for 4 months and have been clean and drug/crime free for over 7 years. I am a CMA now and would like the chance and deserve the chance to at least get my LPN. Any comments, concerns, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Good luck doing anything with your life with a felony on your record. Some people are exceedingly lucky and land good jobs regardless, but that's the minorty of those with felonies.

Good luck on that one. I don't know of any way to do it. Except maybe for enough time passing by since the felony.

Don't think any one would give you a licence to be a practical nurse.... While you are a drug felon......
That would be like putting the fox in the Hen house...

You might have to look at other career fields. How about graphic design or something?

i'm pretty sure you can't unless maybe if you were underage at the time and your record was sealed or expunged.
