Stop eating so much, push your self away from plate, move away from computer, move, move, etc. Need I say more??? OH YEAH... SELF CONTROL!!!! If you are not sure of the meaning of the last referenced.... It would behoove you to read and learn!!!!

Sit upright with your back flat against the back of your chair and with your feet flat on the floor slowly lift knees up towards chest and then slowly lower. Repeat throughout the day until your abs feel too tired to continue!

Oh, this gives you a quick flatter tummy. I do it all the time when I notice a bit of a bulge.

Take a really deep breath. Then suck in your stomach as far in as possible - you really have to work the muscles. Hold your breath for thirty seconds then relax. Do it again another 3 times. It really works!

Great abs comes from cardio and eating less fat. You can do mid section excersizes at home, but that only strengthens your core. You have to do the cardio to reduce the fat or you won't be able to see the definition. Check out AOL's fitness section. They have a lot of excersizes you may be looking for.

do as many situps as you can in one minute, rest for two minutes, and do it again, trying to get more than the first time. do this until you are too tired to do any more. continue everyday and try to do more reps without getting too tired. also, dont eat junk food and eat ALOT of vegetablas and fruit.
