of course you can... it just won't be very loud.
It won't hurt anything unless you push it too hard and drive the power amp into clipping. Then, it "can" destroy speakers. Not likely tho with only 10 watts

Sure you can. Just make sure your impedences match up. 10w won't exactly give you a lot of headroom, though. What are you using it for?
I used to run a 20w bass guitar combo into an 800w 1x15" cab. It sounded pretty good, but it was really easy to push the amp too hard.

Oh, and after reading the post above mine, ANY clipping from an amp can destroy your speakers. Doesn't matter if the amp is 10 w or 10,000w. Clipping Baaaaaad!
