Any kind of improv is always fun. Have you ever watched Drew Carey's show,
"Who's Line Is It Anyway?" They do some really funny improv with only 2 people. I'm sure you would get a few ideas from them.
They also do a song improv where each of the people have to sing a bit of a song that they make up as they go along. You could each try to do a line that the other will build on. Could be fun for two people.
Have fun! It sounds like you are very creative.

My drama class in high school used to play a game called 'freeze'. two people acted out something, usually just whatever popped into their head. When someone in the audience wanted to break in they yelled freeze and then the two actors froze in whatever position they were in. The audience member then tapped one and they sat down. Then the action proceeded. They weren't required to continue with the previous dialog. It's like charades without a script and audience participation! It was fun. You never knew what someone was going to say.

It's like musical chairs but you sing -
Pick a song that everyone should know. The kids stand in a line and all must sing a sentence. If it is your turn and you do not know the next line - you are out.
Repeat until you have a winner.

this may seem cheesy... but whatever: follow the directions carefully!
ok first have a place where you set up a "candy shop". you have two people to act as a door to your shop. you just sit there and act as though there is a counter and that there is shelves of candy behind you. you have a couple of people to walk in one at a time to ask if you have this kind of candy, you alays say no exept when the last person comes in you say no but i do have these two suckers right here and walk over to the people who are acting as your door. i got that from cramp, kinda cheesy but w/e.=P
