In order to really understand what's going on there, you need to do some historical research. While WE refer to everyone in the Middle East as "Arabs," they see things very differently. Throughout the history of the Middle East, there is a common theme of tribal and clan warfare. Even in a "country" like Iraq, the different religious sects and clans have loyalty only to their own. The loose associations like countries that we respect in the West has little or no meaning there. FOr example, when Israel was founded in the late 40s, there were a lot of people were displaced. Hundreds of thousdands of those "Arabs" were refugees and fled to other countries in the region, but they were never embraced by the countries the immigrated to. Those people were later called Palestinians, but they were never welcomed or assimilated into the other countries. And while many "Arab" people now cite the Palestinian problem, they still do not welcome Palestinians into their cultures. Different clans.

Obviously, there is no easy answer to your question. If there were, there are a heck of a lot of people that are much smarter than you and me who would have figured it out by now. Too much hate and too many cultures that still believe in revenge as a way of life. The "Arabs" that HATE the Jews will NEVER NEVER NEVER give up fighting to destroy Israel. NEVER. So how do you deal with people who want nothing less than, and will settle for nothing less than the destruction of Israel and the killing of all Jews? If you can answer that question, you'll win a Nobel Peace prize.

First of all
before i respond to ur question i suggest that if u post something up like this in the hope of it being answered u do not refer to someones God as being wierd
it is insulting even though i am not muslim. so u can imagine how a muslim person might feel iof they read ur question
NOW.... there are people in arab nations who r not abject nor are they disparate. but there are also radicals in the muslim religion just as there are radicals in christianity. they are the ones we hear about. why would CNN want to tell you anything about the banker arab who prays 5 times a day
goes to work and comes home to spend time with their family. theres no news there.
im not denying that things are bad there. Ive been to Egypt and although not directly in the heart of the middle East they have their radicals as well.
before i went there i was also thought that the middle East would never sort themselves out.
but i assure you that if you go there
to any country in the middle east (a couple months ago i would have suggested lebanon because they are the freest arab nation but now... things have changed) u will see that there are people there living their lives the same way that many americans live.
they have jobs and families
they pay taxes and they pray.
the radicals need to stop, definatly, but at the same time we shouldnt forget about the innocent people there who would like to see alll the fighting end.
id like for us to keep in touch, maybe if u do decide to go to the middle east u can tell me what it was like

Not all Arabs are terrorists; just a "select" few. And I don't know when they'll stop blowing up each other.

I think the reason why they do is because the U.S. supports Israel and they'd rather see us pledge support toward a rogue state like Palestine.
