I worked at a ear piercing place, how many time do you clean around the earrings? you might be cleaning them to many times and its causing over drying, are you taking the earrings out? if you are your aggravating your ears and they wont heal well, dont put neosporin on them either you'll make it worse, get Bactine that should help any questions let me know

I would have gotten them done by a professional but whatever. Mine used to get infected all of the time. Get all of the pus out. (Gross I know!) Wear ONLY 14K gold earrings (They are much better for sensitive ears.) Never use Nickle!!! Stearling silver is okay but gives you more of a chance of getting an infection. Make sure to clean off your ears and earrings with rubbing alcohol every day and the infection should go away after a while.

First of all do your parents know that you pierced your ears? If they do you should go to the doctor to make sure its not seriouse because my cousin did that and got a really bad infection and she didnt think it was too bad and then the infection started eating away at her ear lobe and then the doctor had to and now she only has half of her ear left gross i know...but then of course if your parents dont know you have to get the puss out of the hole and soak them in Rubbing alchol
Good Luck

just keep using the ear cleaner but at least 4 times a day .. should start to heal - i have to say though you really should have got it done professionally coz it wont properly heal ever (don't want to scare you)

first, dont do that! leave it to the pross .. second, go see a doctor, or maybe someone who pierces ears professionally to see what to do. take the earring out before it gets worse!!!!!

You obviously are not too smart (hence your grammar) so you GOT what you deserved. EDUCATE before......????? It could (possibly) prevent repeated (unfortunate) outcomes. Right?
