Make sure you drink lots of fluids and bring very good sunscreen. For some reason pregnant women are more prone to sunburn than non-pregnant so be careful. You can enjoy the ocean and the sand no problem.
Have fun!

Keep cool and hydrated. A 28 year old woman near my home died last week from heat-related complications. She was 7 months pregnant. So sad. Anyway, lay a cold, wet towel on your belly while at the beach to prevent your amniotic fluid from heating up. Also, drink tons of water and jump in the ocean every once in a while to cool off. Avoid sugary drinks and salty food which can speed up dehydration. Have fun.

don't eat any clams :) I grew up down the beach and I've had 3 kids..just rest when you need to..plenty plenty plenty of drinks, include some fruit juices in there...eat when your hungry..don't wait, because with the sun you can get dizzy and nauseous really quick...if you get overly hot, get inside some where that it is cool...there really isn't anything you need to worry about except over working yourself, or not keeping yourself hydrated and fed...other wise enjoy.
