Is Paris more romantic than Rome?

Just these two capitals I'm interested in, London is definitely not romantic!

I have been to Paris and Rome. For a romantic getanway go for Paris. Personelly I did not enjoy Paris as much as Rome. It is rich in history, and I enjoy the Italians. Be with your sweetheart on the Seine, Eiffeltower, Louvre, etc. hear romantic french chansons. Possibly take guided tours

Paris is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. It has the Eifeltower and above all, it has plenty of monuments. On the other hand, Rome has them too, but I don't know if you know some Italian people, they are really very noisy. Even Caesar wrote it, Rome is one of the most noisy cities in the world. And that is not very romantic. I hope I helped you, but both cities are in general, very beautiful and romantic.

I visited many times both cities.I think Paris is, for sure, more romantic, but , if you can, visit Rome also.Not in the same vacation, the impressions will be mixed and it will remain not a shadow of romantism.

I would say Paris. Even if you just walk around whitout purpose, the charm of the streets, the buildings, the little cafes gives you that romantic feeling. Rome is also beautifull, it has it's romance. If you have the chance, you should experience both, they are very different, and you may like different things than others.

Just strolling through thier Monuments is romantic.

both too dirty for me and crowd is never romantic
