Depends on what you look like and therefore what your expectations are.
My son is shy and would never just march up to a girl and ask her out and because he is shy and smart and respectful naturally he is not in with the popular crowd even though he wears all the best clothes and is quite attractive for his age.
I told him to find a girl who is in his same social class but maybe a little ugly or chubby and not so popular so that he can sort of practice all the basics like kissing and talking and relating (conversing), on her (Because all teen age romances end as fast as they begin anyway) and he may as well get all the awkward out and over with on a troll.
It'll do both of them a service and as long as he is a gentleman about it no harm no foul. Maybe you should do the same? You might just gain a life long friend in the process when you're finished experimenting and a puppy dog to worship you forever.
Don't worry about hurting him... He will grow up and marry a girl that looks just like you!
I know, I know... You think I am horrible... But you are also thinking about it and you KNOW it!
It is life. I speak, what other people just do mindlessly, and then justify years later in therapy.

go out 2 like a club, and find the 1 u like. talk 2 him, and get him 2 talk, 2. try 2 get him 2 ask u ur number, and give it 2 him. if he asks u out, play hard 2 get. but not 4 2 long.

Go hang out at the local park or anywhere where you know loadsa guys hang, wear your best but most comfortable clothes and be confident. Only go with 1 friend though - they feel uncomfortable otherwise and won't come and talk to you

getting a guy can be complicated and easy at the same time it just depends on your confidence level. all you need to do is make sure the guy knows you like him but dont be like desperate then flirt all the time

Go up to a guy.....start a conversation....and get his phone number....hes not gonna really call you so your gonna have to do that....and its smooth sailing from there.

First dont act desperete. Then be YOURSELF dont try to get a boy we dont come that way. Be yourself and youll attract some guy

I like a girl who isn't jealous (because I have a lot of friends who are girls), has a really good sense of style (because I have a good sense of style, but she could teach me more), and NOT obsessive because I don't like breaking up;).
