lol sadly i know what you are talking about. we had 2 paintings in our dining room like that when I was younger. it's just the way the person painted the picture...an optical illusion that makes it look like the subject is staring at you or following you w/ their eyes. just go on with your daily routine & don't look at it. you won't notice after your mind has been taken off it.

If i were a painting and everyone was staring at me...I'd stare back...give it a break...maybe it doesnt like it when you look at it. It will probably look away once you treat it with respect...

Its got a fixed stare!! Turn it around or remove it. If you turn it around it can stare at the wall all day!!

It's just an illusion, but you've become paranoid about it. Remove it and don't speak about it to your family or friends or they'll think you've gone around the bend.
