No, for some reason Disney likes the idea of eliminating the "mother figure" from most child hood stories.

Hercules, Bambi, The Fox and the Hound, Dumbo, Tarzan, 101 Dalmations, Mulan, Lion King, Lion King 2, A Bugs Life, Little Mirmaid 2, Peter Pan, Peter Pan: Return To Neverland, The Tigger Movie, Treasure Planet, The Aristocats, The Many Adventures Of Winne The Pooh, The Secret of Nymph, The Secret of Nymph 2, The Incredibles,
There is no mother in the Hunchback of Noter Damme. Most Disney movies have a caring father figure because the mother was killed.

Bambi, Dumbo, The Lady and the Tramp sequels, Mulan even had a mother and a Grandmother who gave her a lucky criket, The Little Mermaid 2, The Lion King and sequels, The Aristocats, Hercules, 101 dalmations, Sleeping Beauty's mother tried to save her from the curse by sending her away.

But yes, there's a tendency in Disney films for the main character to have only mum, or only dad with them, generally mum's missing, I don't get why...

The only one I can think of is in Charlotte's web, Charlotte acted like a nurturing mother to the pig, but that is a good point, I can't really think of one.

That's pretty funny when you think about it. The "family value" company only has one movie that anyone can remember having a loving mom. Bambi is the only one I can think of and she gets wasted in the first part.
