a great natural solution to head ach or migrain is to get in a hot shower ( gets the blood flowing better ) tilt your head completly forward then side to side slowly then forward as far as you are comfortable with then with your 2 mifingers closest to the thumb massage the area in back of your ear all the way from the top to the bottom for about 2 minutes you can also massage the teple area but the real relief comes from the area behind the ear.

Stop listening to loud music w/out earplugs to avoid further damage. For now, all you can do is take some tylenol and wait for it to subside. If it continues, you may have done serious damage and should see a doctor.

Stop listening to it. Obviously you have suffered some brain damage from that music since you couldn't figure out the obvious.

Turn the volume down. Stop listening to it. Or stop complaining.

Get used to it. That's the way it's supposed to be. Eventually, you won't be able to hear anything lower than 100 dBA and you'll be comfortably numb all over.
