How can you train your Guinea Pig to do tricks?

get a dog clicker or something that makes a clicking noise. and lots of treats.
have the G-pig on your lap.
1-click the clicker and give the G-pig a treat. (keep doing this for a while untill it understands that click=treat.)
when it does something you like click and give it a treat.
my G-pig will come up to you and touch your hand if you say "say hello"
for this hold you hand to the G-pig, it should naturaly sniff at it. when it does say "say hello" (or whatever you want) and as soon as its nose touches you click and reward.
mine also knows a few words and comands.
"bed"=go to bed
"touch"=touch what im holding
"yum yums"=come and get some treats (his favorit)
"good noght"=same as say hello
"NO"=dont do that
"nasty lady"= my mum (for some reason he hates her and runs away from her)
if im holding him and he needs the loo he will cry untill i put him out. so he avoids geting told off for peeing on me as he lets me know so i can put him out befor it happens. (like a puppy sound)

yup ur right all right , i trained my guinea pig to stand on his back feet when i put a small treat 4 him above him or make this weird noise i used to do when i WANT him to eat a treat (which he nos when i make that sound) i got 4 him , and he leanred how to get in his own cage.......i think............weird.....i dont remember him training him doing that trick to him..... but ooh well but thats 1 hel of a koool trick too lol =)

About all mine will do is sit up, come when I call them, and a couple of them will sit up in my hand. I once had one that would lay on his back.
