To a very good approximation, the gravitational field of the earth does not rotate at all: it would be exactly the same if the earth weren't spinning, or were spinning in the opposite sense.

For very massive objects like stars and black holes, spinning can introduce a measurable effect, sometimes called the "dragging" of space. Since the math is too much to go into, I'll stick with the familiar analogy of gravity to the dent a bowling ball would make in a trampoline. Imagine spinning the bowling ball--because of friction, it will grip the surface of the tramp and
twist it as well.

the earth is a sphere. All gravitational forces pull toward the centre. Gravity does not really rotate - it is the earths rotation that creates gravity.

So under the ground the pull would still be towards the centre or core of the earth.

There is no under the world (in space) since there is no up or down, but there is a weaker pull reaching out into the surrounding space around the world - this force still pulls toward the centre of the earth.

The force of gravity is a static force - rotation is not required. Earth's gravittaional field is formed because of the heat energy within our planet, c2 = E/m.

You may be thinking of earth's magnetic field. These fields form due to the rotation of our planet. The energy of rotation meets at the equator in form of opposite motion (Coriolis Effect). When this happens, a shearing action passes through the plasma area of our planet forming a vast electrical field. When an electrical field is generated a magnetic field is automatically generated at right angles to it. It is because of the generation of the electrical field through the plane of our equator that we have magnetic poles.

All mater has gravity for instance we have space craft in space that attracts the ionized particles in space around the spacecraft till it inter-fears with radio commands. We can measure this attenuation due to this ,the spacecraft shows the drop in receive signal. The sun holds the earth in orbit with gravity. Black holes have so much gravity that light cant escape.
