whats the differencs between pci express 128mb and 256mb?

yes...it depends on the video processor on the card...amount of onboard memory results in a little or no performance boost. but if they are the same processor, then the 256mb one would be better (common sense)

are you talking about a video card? 256mb is more than 128mb so it runs faster.
