The important thing is to use botanically based products and products formulated without animal products and mineral oil....I use Arbonne and it works great for me... they have a cleanser, a scrub, a masque, a toner, a serum, a lift and a moisturizer for am and for pm..... as I said before, the best thing is that they are formulatted with botanical principles and formulatted without mineral oil, animal prooducts or fragrances which all these ingredients are very harmfull for our skin.. Mineral oil is the 2nd worse thing we could do to our skins health for it is like rubbing car oil on our skin and exposing ourselfes to the sun, animal products come from dead animals and these come from rendering plants these plants pick all dead animal and dead animal parts (from meat houses, etc.) and they put it in a huge pot, squash everything and boils it, what ever comes to the top is the oil other companies use to elaborate thier products, gross I know...the lipstick... ewww anyway, that is why i use botanically based products which is way much better because they get absorbed and the nutrients inside the products is what helps our skin look and feel healthy...they are not sold in stores ( I buy them online at: http://arbonnepuertorico.myarbonne.com under shop online) it is a great way to buy becasue they have this money back guarantee if for some reason there is something you do not like from the products you get your money back guarantee (within 45 days from purchase) so you have nothing to loose, only some wrinkles;~).... and you save a trip to the salon and to the plastic surgeon

Drink lots of water! Toxins build up in the skin so hydrate your skin so the toxins will leave the skin. When the digestive system is operating sluggishly toxins build in the skin. Wash your face with Dove soap, this is a mild soap, at least twice a day--more is better. Don't put things on your face which will clog the pores. Use very little make up (if you have to use it). Don't eat junk or drink sodas including diet soda which build up toxins in the body. Rid yourself of any infection anywhere in the body--infection means toxins are in the body. Be blessed.

Drink lots of water, use bathroom products sparingly, and use Ivory soap--not shaving cream--to shave. Also eat non-hydrogenated vegetable oils instead of saturated fats (animal fats), which I've read can clog your skin's pores because they're solid at room temperature.

Water keeps the cells in your body fresh and running smoothly. Bathroom products often create skin problems so you'll buy other products. Ivory soap is over 99% pure soap. Animal fats are found in meat and dairy products. Hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated vegetable oils are found in a LOT of products, especially crackers, chips, and fast foods. (Read the label.)

Also eat more vegetables like beans, leafy green vegetables, and broccoli. Nuts are a good source of protein and unsaturated fats (which your body DOES need to function).

And, if you're female, go light on the makeup. How can you apply a lot of a foreign substance to your skin and expect it to stay healthy?
