I am done with joining the centres where they advertise they could cure stammering. Anyone please give a article or a course materials helpful for me. I would be grateful to whoever helps me solve this problem.

Let's take a moment to consider the issue of stammering. What we can note is that is it an interrupting of speech. Where does what is being spoken come from? Within oneself, right? The "problem" then is not in the attempt to restrain speech, but in the origin of the speech.

Take some time alone, in a quiet space, and allow yourself to wander back into your early childhood. Note memories but do not stop the wandering process. After a number of sessions, your MIND will get a clue as to what you are doing, and it will begin to cooperate. If you are fortunate, you will remember some really painful memories that will directly relate to your fear of expressing yourself. This process is quite effective, but it is also painful and requires some bravery and intense desire on your part.

You do have the answer you seek, hidden within your own MIND, and if you have a strong desire, your MIND will cooperate with you. Good luck and remember, what we perceived as frightening in early childhood was hugely misperceived... and when viewed as an adult, is relatively mild.... although the pain experienced at the time must be re-experienced to free oneself of the trauma.
