The control panel is located inside the PC, just beneath the fan. Remove all the screws on your PC and take the side panels off and you will see it.

What operating system do you have? On Windows XP, click on Start then Control Panel. On Windows 98, click on Start, then Settings, then Control Panel.

1.start icon on the taskbar..
2. go to the Run option(click on it)
3. type 'control'
4. press ENTER
then the control panel will appear
