Unfortunately, I don't think it is possible to convert the files. However if you still have or know of the source where you got the files, such as from a CD, you can reburn them into your MP3 Player.
I had this problem too a while back. I even had my dad help me, but we never discovered a way to do it. WMA files have some form of copyright protection on them that prevent them from becoming MP3s.

I guess the mp3 player can't read WMAs so it would be a good idea to first convert the WMAs into MP3s...

If your player recognizes WMA or protected WMA files, use Windows Media Player. Plug the player in, launch WMP, go to your library, right-click songs you want to copy onto the player, point to "Add To..." and click "Sync List". When you're done, click the "Sync" tab, check your list, and click the "Start Sync" button - this will copy your files into the player.

um try sticking ur USB chord into it's outlet. And go to whichever music player u use on ur comp and "synchronise" it.. I think?
