report him to your HR dept. if you don't have an HR dept then keep a record of any and all perverted behaviour. talk to other employees and ask if they are like minded. Then once you have a good list of advances go to the police. this is 2006 and that kind of behaviour can not be tolerated. Good luck, and be patient

you could borrow somebodys big heavy boyfriend to come and have a word, or just come to see you at work.
Don't sue, you need a reference from this guy for your next job. You just have to get him to change

File sexual harrassment charges on him... that usually makes them disappear! You first have to tell him in person that you don't appreciate his comments... if it continues, file charges.
