To stop a program from running, Hit CTRL ALT DELETE and that will bring you to a box with several tabs. Click on the Processes Tab and you can shut it off in there if you recognize the name. After that, use Ad-Aware and Spybot to help remove it. I also use A Squared. You may also want to remove this in Safe Mode with the above programs I mentioned. Safe mode only allows main operating features to run and then you can remove it while it's dormant. Programs cannot be removed while running. good luck

I would try a free trial program for scrubbing. go to Norton or Mcafee and get a trial set up from them. it will probably be a 30 day free thing but it will clean up now. I use Norton. Good Luck
