Earlier this year during finals, I had a dream about That 70s Show and it was so real. I woke up and I realized that I missed the series finale. I was depressed for a few days. I woke up this morning, and I had a dream about a friend who was moving to North Carolina and something about and exorcism. It was really real. I woke up and said to myself, ok the exorcism isn't real, but he really is moving to North Carolina. And after that, i got really depressed, and I feel like throwing up and crying. and the weird thing is, i was never a good friend of this guy, i was just sort of a friend that he knew through another friend. but anyway. I could really use some help in figuring out why I am so depressed. I appreciate your answers. Thanks

First of all if your in your teens its probably just because your body and mentallity are growing through changes, so then your dreams could be connected to that. Another reason may be that something has happened in your life and its playing out again in your dreams or something like that. Sometimes I get depressed after dreams cuz there are girls I like and in the dreams we're together but then when i get up im really hurt and down cuz i know it wasnt real. yeah its wierd that even though the dream isnt that bad we still get depressed.
Something that you could do is to sleep in a good postition or think of something nice before you sleep. if you are depressed listen to some good music, nothing too heavy. Read books. Trust in God.
Yeah i guess thats bout it.

Do you feel randomly depressed other times during the day? Are you MORE sad than you should be over small things? Eating or sleeping more / less? It might just be some weirdness about the dreams (for instance: you're dealing with issues while you sleep that you repress in the daytime because they have negative feelings associated with them that you don't want to deal with), or you could have a more general depression. I'd talk to someone if at all possible (if at college, they tend to have better counselors than like a highschool, or you could see your usual doc for a referral).

I believe there are two issues to address in what you have expressed. Depression and exorcism. You have not given much about either, but that's OK because talking "about" either is just that... about.

Depression is a conflict within ones MIND realm, between rage and grief. There is a level of intensity of either rage or grief that ones MIND will allow one to experience. If what one needs to experience is more intense than this allowable level, then ones MIND closes off the experience and the result is what we refer to as "depression".

Exorcism refers to the removal of an entity that is using ones MIND realm. This usually occurs when one is afraid to use that part of ones MIND oneself....and thus leaves oneself open to being used by some low-life entity [there are tens of thousands of such entities] stuck in the lower Astral regions. Many of these entities are looking to use the MIND of someone whose fear of which leaves a "hole" [dissociated part of ones MIND] which the entity can "use" to gain access to the physical plane of existence.

The best way to avoid the need for exorcism is to deal with the fears repressed within ones own MIND.

I think because as children we are taught to believe that "dreams come true...if you let them". Later as adults we still believe that to be true.

You know it was a dream...but you still question why you dreamt that? Is it a premonition of something to come? Is our higher-power forewarning us of something that will happen in our future? Do we see the future in our dreams? All this...believe it not is swirling around in your mind making you upset and depressed.

However, maybe your friend of the friend...somehow mentioned several states and that stayed with you.

I have a similar problem. I have a recurring dream that my teeth are cracking and falling out. One night...I was awoken by my husband...he said "wake up you're crying"...and I was...I had tears coming down my face. The doctors told me there was nothing they could...they had to take all my teeth out. I believe in my heart that my teeth are fine...but why do I keep dreaming this?

Dreams have a huge impact on us...cause believe it or not...we want to believe in all of our dreams.

Good Luck...and stay safe.

Sounds like you have deeper feelings for this guy than you realize. So make sure you keep contact with him for later purposes...
