when i was in school last night my friend told me that florida is the #1 in the crime rate?that really bad?how do you feel if you know something tell me

A few years ago, due to economic problems, Florida released many prisoners earlier than their sentences. (It costs about $30,000 per year to keep a person in prison.) I believe that murderers, rapists and child molesters ought to be kept in prison. Next, the most violent prisoners should be kept in prison. Finally, more should be done to re-educate juvenile offenders. They ought to be brainwashed or whatever it takes.
