There are lots of sites that deal with WW2, I found this site http://www.casahistoria.net/hitler.html , which has lots of links to pretty much anything you could possibly want to know about with regards to WW2. It has info on life in Germany, resistance groups, the death of Hitler. It has info spanning from when Hitler first came into power to after the war had ended, so I hope you'll find something that's useful for you!

as far as sites go Auschwitz's home site is good one depending on what your looking they have plenty of info on the liberation and the days before it,but if you can find it downfall is an excellent movie about the very last days of the war as told by Hitlers Secretary a very different way to see it, it was recently on movie central.

I don't know about sites but the best book I have read is called The Past is Myself by Christabel Beilenberg
