Once a year is usually how it goes unless you experience complications or something. Each gynecologist is different. Just as each patient is different. If you are experiencing any problems or you have questions to ask your doctor, I suggest you make an appointment with him or her.

yearly...I picked a date that I won't forget...plan it around a holiday or birthday and you will know that every year around that time you need to go
