Concern of what??? If you OWN the actual CD you can download as much as you want.

Concern for what? If they stay on your computer (not shared) and you own the CD's, I don't believe there is a law broken.

as many as you want as long as you own the cds and you only use it for personal use

If you have enough hard drive I do not think it matters.
