I think you are going to have to make your own handle, and mount it on a shovel of your liking. I have never run across a shovel with a handle that long.
Make sure you choose good clear wood. A handle that long will break easily.

you will have to find a nice oak tree thats ready to come down then you will have to whittle your own handle that long.
