Contact the social services agency that's handling your account. Work your way through the channels.
By the way, write down the names of everyone you talk to, and when you speak to them. You'll be glad for that.

i'am dued
Well Dued, you have to go before a judge and ask for either an adjustment against future payments or (far less likely) a refund. You can't do anything on your own, ie: arbitrarily reduce payment amount or skip payments. You'll end up in deep legal do do.
Which would make you a "do do dued."
Not a pretty picture.

Go to the child support enforcement office, present all your evidence and maybe, just maybe you'll get the money back. Happened to a friend of ours tho, and he went down there and did not get it back.
However if you were behind $50, they would be hunting you down!

Brian L is right.
Keep harrassing them until it is corrected. They tend to ignore anything the father needs and jump all over the needs of the mother.
This isn't right and we should fight to make our social services neutral to parents and geared towards the kids well being.

If you pay the family court, you have to apply for a refund. If it's directly to the ex, you may have to go to small claims.

its usually not worth the effort unless its a huge mistake ... for one thing if you force the isue you might piss the ex off enough to try to raise the support on you .. and for me anyway i always call to verify what the difference is and then make up for it on vacation from work :) ... thats if its docked out of your paycheck ... yeah making a big scene out of it usually just makes things worse ...
