How could she trust him, he has done it before and will again. If it was a picture from the net that would be bad enough but this is someone that lives close by so every time she sees her she will wonder whether they are having an affair or not. She should ditch him and start enjoying your life!

Sorry sweetie but im afraid to say you should end it you don't trust proven by the fact you are asking this very question and also the fact you were looking on his phone.....you seem to just be looking for someone to say go ahead leave him you've made the choice you can't live you life with someone you dont trust.
The fact he did it once is the very reason you should ditch this guy and get yourself a real man not a boy in a mans body who wants the perks of a relationship but not the commitment!!
Sweetheart you deserve better than that......if there was nothing in it then why did HE take it and keep it??
But at the end of the day you need to act on this GUT instinct of yours.....my boyfriend knows if he were ever to have anything like that (in which he owns/took himself IE not porn) he would be out......no matter how long together and were nearly3 years together...

If he had done something in a past and he got away with it and you never put your stand, well darling its obvious that he is just messing your head off and everytime he will have an affair he will still get away with it. I I think you're old enough to make up of a decision in this kind of situation. Picture in his mobile with a woman wearing bra???? and he said there was nothing on it???darling wake up, if I was in your position I would never believe him of course and when he already had an affair before for four years???? I don't know why you still accept him in your life. If you stick in that relationship you have to accept the things he was doing because for sure it will never stop he will deny to you all his **** that he was doing to you, but if you open your mind and think really really hard, you deserve more and better not only better but best. He is not the only man in this world there are lot of fishes in the sea.

I would kick his @$$ to the curb. Sounds like there's more to it than just having a 'pic' of someone on their phone. I know there are wallpapers you can buy like that, but if this is a picture of an actual person (not fixed up on a computer), then I'd say he's up to no good.
It's not worth all this to you. You should get out of this relationship and move on to bigger and better things. You deserve it! :o

It sounds rather strange. It doesn't necessarily mean he's sleeping with her: I suppose it's possible that she fancies him and sent him the pic as a joke. I would want a proper explanation, whatever it is. At best, the whole thing sounds rather tacky but I would give him the chance to explain before I dumped him.

Have nothing more to do with him. He didn't even give you a reasonable explanation for why he had this picture?! He's is seeing how much he can get away with. Why would you trust him anymore after he cheated on you? Get rid of him, you'll be a lot happier without him.

If he didn't have a track redord for cheating, I might be able let it go. I'd be annoyed, very, very annoyed though.
However, due to the fact he has cheated in the past, I think its very likely he is cheating again.

Well first make sure he wasn't sent it by a mate who could have sent it to your b/f to show off his latest conquest!
If not, tell him to delete it and see if he kicks up a fuss, if he does, get rid. If he doesn't let him know he's on his last chance!

Seriously I would dump him, especially as he's just supposedly finished an affair...if he cares about you he should be trying to regain your trust - not keepin pics of semi-naked girls
