I have a 2000 plymouth neon, does it have drums or rotors in the rear?

ok, i just went out and took the wheel off and it does have drums. Should I pick up wheel cylinders at the parts store while Iam there getting the drums, pads and shoes? The rear pass side drum is totally warped and toasted, would that have messed anything else up?

A 2000 Neon has drum brakes on the rear.

Stopping power comes from a front disc/rear drum combo, but had an option for four-wheel discs with ABS and traction control.
Go out to an empty parking lot and hit the gas, get up some speed and mash the brakes, if you leave skid marks from the rear wheels you don't have ABS.
Have fun!
