all the major airlines have a website. I am currently teaching a child who wants to be a flight attendant and he writes to a different airline a week. They respond with brochures and application forms.

Monarch and Virgin have pretty good websites. From what I remember, you have to be able to swim, handle money, people, be between two heights and not above a certain weight.
