PO box is Post Office Box....
That means they will only deliver to your physical location. So it's probably UPS or FedEx... just give them your physical address.

If you have a box at the post office where you pick up your mail instead of a mailbox at your house, that is a po box. Most likely they say that because they are going to require your signature for the package and you cant sign at the po box. Have it delivered to your home or work address and you will be fine.

You can have your package sent as general delivery to a post office and pick it up that way. But a post office box number will not be of any use to you for a package.

Don't you have a HOME address? As in an apartment, townhouse, house? If not they will not deliver to the post office which is what PO Box means.

Post office box... there are usually no expections to shipping to them. Have it sent to your home, or work, or some physical address at which you will be able to receive your package. Good luck
