action. Chick flick movies are soooooooooooo boring.

I get bored with the action scenes in most movies. They are so predictable and just downright gratuitous.
To be a good movie, there has to be a good plot and definitely some kind of a plot twist. Something that makes you think, rather than just gluing you to the screen.
In general, I would say a chick flick fits this bill better than the average action movie, though there are exceptions. Likewise, some chick flicks are filled with plot elements that are present just to make you say "Awww." This is just as gratuitous and equally objectionable. Watch a couple 'Lifetime Original Movies' to see what I mean.

It all depends on the company that I am keeping . If I am with a lady who prefers chick flicks , then I can watch one . Just partying with friends an action flick is more the norm .
