My friend is quizzing me on how much I know anime..And he showed me this picture, but wont give it to me..But he wants me to figure out what her name is and what anime she is from. She has shoulder-length black hair and glasses and is wearing something red on top. Thats all I can see. And he told me that he found this show on G4TV on Anime Unleashed. And that in the anime, cell phones are very vital and are used frequently. Help me!
