how long is it possible to get an abortion through the use of medicines,i mean how many days pregnant,a women can have an abortion through pill?(plz i m very desperate,try only to answer me,rather than giving cutting remarks,,,thanks)

dont get the abortion pill! what ever you do because plenty of girls have died from the pill...because they were complaining that they were having cramps and didnt feel so good...and i remember this one story that this girl took it b.c. she did it b.c. of her bf and a few days l8ter she was in pain and she went to the hospital and gave her pain killers and the very next day they found her dead ..and it was b.c. of the abortion pill because the babys sack or somthing like that didnt come out but she did windup killing the baby and little did she no her self too...and is ashame so its better to take the responsiblity and have the baby because you can get hurt or even die!..im not trying to change your mind and all im just telling you the faxs!!..sorry...i think you should do a little more research on abortions if thats what you really want to do then just going out to get it because if you seen how they do abortions with out using the pill ..and all its even worse!!..i know this because there is this one website i forget what it is damm i wish i remembered well i found it because i was trying to help my friend out and once we seen the videos we were like oOoo Hell no!...so if your geting or thinking about geting an abortion you should do more research it will change your mind forever!!!...alls i have to say is i never want to see that stuf again!..and i feel so bad for those that only do it because there bf thinks its for the best when really its not and there just being selfish!..i know its scarey and all being pregnant but....its worth it its better to have it then loose it and taking that chance of dieing along with it!..sooo just think twice about what your talking about or thinking okays..i really hope you choose not to!!...well best of luck!

The Morning-after or Plan B pill mentioned in some of the other answers will not terminate a pregnancy, but can help PREVENT a pregnancy from occurring if taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex.
RU-486 is the abortion pill. It can be taken in the first 63 days of the first trimester and has about a 95% rate of success.

You can use abortion pills up to 8 to 10 weeks. With use of misoprostol 4 pills and mifepristone 1 pill you can terminate the pregnancy up to 5 weeks. If you double the dosage you can terminate up to 8 to 10 weeks.
