Yes, you can have up to 6 sodas a day and I think 3 cups of coffee, so go ahead, you wont hurt your baby.

Be Very careful with those. You can have a small one, but i am 7 months pregnant and had a 16 oz. cappachino every morning for a few months, Now, I may have Gestational Diabetes. I could be because of that. Too Much Sugar! Be careful. Look up Gestational Diabetes to learn more about it in regareds to the sugar part of it.

As far are the Caffeine in it, it is not proven yet, that caffiene is harmful to the unborn fetus, but they say not to drink more than a cup or 2/day. Good luck and congrats on your baby!

btw, i find out friday if i really do have gestational diabetes. You will learn about it from your doctor the further along you get.

jeez louise, take some deep breaths. Remember that before about 1970, Women didn't know of the dangers of smoking, drinking, etc. during pregnancy. My mother smoked throughout my pregnancy, and I know she drank every now and again. I am now 6'3" 250 lbs. (thank god she smoked to stunt my growth). Now, Im not saying go get a carton of Marlboro reds and drink a six pack a day. The amount of energy you're spending worrying about this is probably more harmful to the baby than the frappacino you're drinking. Best of luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't see why not. I mean - so, they have caffeine - here we go. I'm 48 years young - yes, young. Anyway, when babies were born when I was, the parents were smoking, drinking and not caring AT ALL about caffeine intake. I personally think a lot of restrictions are not necessary --- or maybe "overboard" is the way I want to put it. I mean you should try to stay healthy and I surely don't condone drinking and pregnancy and all. I just don't think you have to be afraid of caffeine like that.

well this is not the answer an obgyn will give you, but i drank coffee through out all 3 of my pregnancy's..and although you should limit the amount of caffeine you have on a daily basis, it never hurt my kids, and my doctor told me just to not over due it, he knew i was a coffee drinker. 1 cup a day or even 2 certainly isn't going to hurt the baby, especially if your eating healthy and getting a good amount of exercise.

If that is the only caffienated drink you have I don't think one a day will hurt. Can you get a decaf? If the Dr. says the baby seems to be developing at a normal rate I think you're fine.

One a day definately will NOT hurt the baby. If it makes you feel better, studies are now showing that when moms to be give up addictions cold turkey, the babies can actually have withdrawl symptoms as well. One frappaccino a day will do nothing harmful to the baby that you are carrying. So go ahead, get your fix!!

I think you are doing great (with what you have given up). As for the frappacinos, don't worry too much. A small one a day isn't too bad.

I would say not to drink anymore caffine through out the day. When I was pregnant I drank one cup of coffee every other day and it didn't effect my baby. Not that I know of she's 6 months now. I would ask your doctor if you drink more.
