Adam and Eve probally was fooling around, fingering each other's parts, like we do today, and Adam remembered that he saw some animals doing it in the field or in woods, so he got Eve down on all fours and mounted her from the rear like animals do, hence the doggy position was born.

That damn apple in the Garden of Eden---let that be a lesson,,,,,don't eat apples or apple products like apple pie, apple juice, apple turnovers or apple sauce. They are all of the devil and can make a good person go bad, as in "one bad apple".
