If I, meaning JUST ME, wanted to change it? It would be a better place once a day, I think. Or did you mean how many times do I THINK it would be better? I think about it being better a couple times a day. Or did you mean how many times would the world be a better place if YOU wanted to change it? Zero, really, because 1., you wanting to change the world doesn't equal you ACTUALLY changing the world, and 2., you trying to change the world when the world can barely understand your question seems like a zero-sum equation.
