If you have an uneasy feeling, or any question at all that cannot be handled satisfactorily by their Customer Service, it MAY BE FRAUDULENT. Just leave it alone-there are many, many more and legitimate debit card companies which will be more than happy to process your application. The fraudulent sites can be very cunning in fashioning their applications to look legitimate, since it is the only way they can be profitable, so don't trust you would be able to spy a fake all on your own.
