It worries me to see all these woman asking all of these basic questions about their bodies and their cycles….and then getting all these different answers – and usually most of these answers are WRONG!
This is my standard answer......... go get a book called Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Weschler. It will help you understand your body and all the myths about it. It will help you time when you are ovulating and the best times to conceive. My Doctor recommended it to me and after 1 year of trying I got the book. It worked the very next month. It turns out that my timing was wrong due to mis-information. I hope it helps you, too! It's not only about getting pregnant. It's about knowing your body and knowing when you are fertile or not. You can pick and choose what you do with your info. Good luck and don't listen the all the myths

I am currently taking Fertility Blend, which contains a combination of herbs "to improve fertility by optimizing hormonal and menstrual cycle balance". It contains one specific herb called Vitex or chasteberry, which "enhances hormone balance and ovulation frequency". It also contains a number of other vitamins to help reproductive health in general (exactly what vitamins are in it can be found on the website along with the purpose of them).

There is also a Fertility Blend for Men that contains vitamins and herbs that help increase sperm quality and motility. Again, the exact things it contains and what their purpose is can be found on the website.

I have also taken Ovulex, which has been found to "naturally increase your ovulation cycle," which increases the chances of an egg being fertilized. It also helps to relax your uterus and strenghtens its walls to help prevent miscarriage. It also contains Vitex/chasteberry along with raspberry leaf, garlic bulb, and a number of other vitamins and herbs.

I have not yet gotten pregnant, but my cycles have shortened (I have always had issues with irregular, long cycles when not on birth control) and my PMS symptoms have also significantly improved.

Good luck!

I have been ttc for 4 months now...still nothing. I haven't tried anything, other than ovulation monitors (the cheaper ones)..if it doesn't happen again for me this month, I am thinking about dishing out the money for one of those fertility monitors. People on here claim that they work...

Good Luck to you

Coupla beers - coupla shots. One really fun night.

All you really need is sex. Whatever happened to good ol' love??!!

I"m a mother of 5, currently waiting for my unborn twins. All I ever needed was a wink & a smile!

Hi I'm Garry,

It's not up to you, it's up to god.

Only you know the reason why god doesn't want you to have one now..

Hope I haven't offended you,
