It actually IS possible for the man in a marriage to receive spousal support awarded during the divorce. USUALLY, this means that she was working while you might have been at home caring for the kids. It typically will depend on whether that decision was made together or not, and also it depends on how long you were together. If you simply refused to work, or couldn't hold down a job, and she was providing you a style of living you're now comfortable with, then no... They would likely decline it. Good luck!

Depends on your situation. If she has been the main source of income, you might get spousal support if you were an hopeless and helpless individual. But if you are healthy and capable of working, the court might not give you spousal support or might give you for some time until you find a job.

But then it's all up to the Court to decide.

I second that JOB notion. Just cause he married you and then decided he didnt want you nemore doesnt meann he has to support you forever.
