There's two choices both by the same brand. Acer, I bought the first one and the second one is just outside your budget but just by a little. You will not find this many features in ANY other laptop for the same price, believe you me, I looked, I did not find them. I've also had zero issues with Acer products, despite what some might think. I stay away from Dell and HP (for laptops), I have had three bad experiences with both and in three cases, the laptop was returned for a refund, I don't mess around with warranty service, it either works or it doesn't. Note that Newegg does not allow refunds on laptops, however they are more than willing to exchange bad units.

Sony FJ series. Just don't try to install linux on them.
