Berto, we are living in the 21 century, wake up! Anti Semitism is a racial concept that doesn't fit our time. All people are born equal and there are no chosen people on racial grounds but in good deeds basis. What the Jews state is doing today in Lebanon is a full blown war crimes and every body should speak out against it otherwise will be a supporter of evil. Who cares any more about anti Semitism? Aren’t Arabs also come from Sam?

A rise in anti-Semitism? In the U.S.??? Is that possible??

Hell, even the Jews here hate each other if they're in the wrong political party.

We've got more to worry about here than anti-Semitism. Half the country is anti-the other half, to the point of angry intolerance. Worry about the pundits who created that division. That's where the problem is.

Anti-semitism around the world is more like it. I talk politics and war amongst my friends, and all they usually say is "those stupid pakis". How ignorant. Many are to percieve the wars as the right thing to do, because the people in the middle east are "bad". My opinion? Leave them alone, they have their religion, they have their countries. If they need help, aid them, if they need guidance, guide them, they don't need to be labelled as terrorists and people of wrongdoing by the media or by anyone else.

No. It's just giving the existing anti-Semites an opportunity to be more vocal.

No doubt. War polarizes. Ignorance begets fear and fear turns to hate. And Jews are often the targets when people can not find an easy target.
