please don't tell me crunches or sit ups , I've done them all, it doesn't work.

RUN!!! Running is actually a great way to get your six pack going. With no sit ups or crunches, if you run about 30-40 miles a week and eat right, you will have a six pack in no time. Not only is what you eat important, but when you eat it. 6 small meals a day is better then 3 larger meals. For breakfast have fiber, this will give you energy throughout the day. D not eat any carbs an hour before bed. During the day mix up, protein and carbs, do not count calories, eat 30mins before workout and immediately after.

Cigerettes are not sold in 6-packs---they come in cartons of 10-packs. You shouldn't buy any packs though, because they are bad for you and kill many many people every year. A new, stupid thing to do might be to see how long you can stand in front of a train before you jump out of the way. It has the same affect as smoking--they both kill people.

Jogging as well as crunches. Both together are a great thing for abs. Oh and strengethen your back muscles, that always helps

unfortunatly, the only way to get great abs is painstaking ab workouts.

not just crunches, situps, and legs lifts, but LOTS of not just crunches, situps, and legs lifts!

there is no simple and fast way to do it.

it takes lots of exercise to lower your body fat, and tone up your ab muscles. remember, you dont want to just work your abs, you also have to lower your overall body fat to make them show. you need aerobic exercise like running, biking, or swimming over a long time.

well my sister sit 20 sit ups for a month and she got abs.............or u have to sweat a lot (ew) but thats how u lose carlories.
