I think my blue eyes stand out the most when my hair is really dark and I have a decent tan. I also like using a lot of black mascara and black eyeliner to draw lots of attention to my eyes.

I have blue eyes, and the days when my eyes stand out the most is when I'm wearing a turquoise shirt. Also, you should try black mascara, but if you are too young for mascara you can try clear mascara which will just separate you eyelashes. I use it more than I use black mascara.
Another suggestion would be to wear brown, dark tan, and other darker or darkish eye shadows. Another great eyeshadow color would be a blue. I think any blue color would do. Just anything that shows up. Light blues, dark blues, and of course turquoise. That's a great color for people who have blue eyes!

Wear a nice, sparkling shade of blue eye shadow and a blue top. Green also has the same effect on blue eyes, but don't put it on too dark.

Browns and violets work best for me for everyday make-up. Wearing blue or pink shirts help as well - but the best color that really makes my eyes pop and people notice is when I wear this orangy-coral color eyeshadow. It's not for everyday, but for a night out - it's awesome.

browns, blues, golds, and pinks make my eyes stand out the best. wearing a blue top that is close to your eye color also works.

i have blue eyes and a tan does help also having either blonde or brown hair and don't use eyeliner just mascara it brings them out more also brown eyeshadows work

browns, taupes,golds work the best for my friend. If your still unsure, almay makes a eyeshadow kit for blue eyes.

my friend has blue eyes she uses the white eyeliner or the white sparkly or light blue sparkly eyeshadow and it makes her eyes look beautiful

never where blue shadow with blue eyes, it hides them. use gold / copper / pinks. use a brown liner and black mascara. just gloss on your lips.
