Without France, America would have lost the Revolutionary War. Learn some history.

Why do we choose to look down on France because they choose to use their military for defense, not offense?
That is, after all, what national protection is all about.

I dislike those European Americans that for some reason still hold the resentment for the French as Europeans of the past did.

The fact is the French lost North America to the Europeans during a war you might not remember.

Then the Europeans decided to tax North America to pay back the debt racked up from beating the French out of North America.

Europeans now living in North America did not appreciate this and thus revolted!

These new people who really were Europeans that moved to America and started new lives decided..that they could actually win this war.

The fact is they couldnt. Without help..

Then, the French came to beat up Europe for kicking them out initially. With a chance for the French to help remove some world dominance of Europe the French saved America! YAY!

Im just putting this out there to say stop the whole I hate the French crap. Im born and raised in the US and I do not see anyone but white americans hating the french and too me I just dont get it.

Your not European, your American so all that century old resentment shouldn't leak into this country cause frankly they helped establish this country.

Study US history, they've defended us at times also. Research the Monroe doctrine: what it states, why it was written, when it's been used, who used it & how did it effect US foreign policy/relations?
Anyway.
During WWII, the Nazis occupied many countries in Europe. France was not the only country liberated from Nazi rule. The US and France have a long history, we haven't always agreed/supported each other, but that's no reason to cut all ties. So long as the US maintains the ability, we will assist those in need, including the French.

Ever since waterloo the French have been afraid to fight, what ever fight was left in them was completely exhausted during WWI. Some factions notably right wing fought during WWII they were known as the underground. Ever since then France has been a bunch of left wing pansies like what we got here in the USA, a bunch of left wing pansy pushers so gulible to think that it is better to do nothing than to fight against the true evil spirits in the world. The left is so deceived they are litterally blinded with there own lust.

Psst. It wasn't always like that, we would still be part of England without them. Its since their revolution and Bonepart's (pardon any misspelling) defeat that their military has suffered.
